On the road with the steel hunter
Who has steel in his blood? We literally took to the track with that question. Because anyone who has steel in his blood should perhaps work for Joris Ide. And anyone who had steel in their blood was quickly spotted by our steel hunter with the accompanying metal detector. We converted the guerrilla actions into social media advertisements that were quickly picked up.
A successful recruitment
A good combo of SEA, social media marketing and offline visibility (job posters and LED screens) quickly generated the necessary visitors to our jobsite. And ultimately to the necessary recruitment. Not obvious in a region with low unemployment and where the war on talent is raging just a little bit harder.
And as a final touch, an EVP
From IDE to IDEAL. Add 3 letters and you have a nice EVP (Employer Value Proposition). Of course it wasn't that simple. After a series of workshops with workers and employees, we came up with a new EVP for Joris Ide. Written around the words international, sustainable, entrepreneurship, ambition, pleasant, loyal. Or simply IDEAL.
