Passion? That is a mix of passion and Sioen. And the perfect description of how they experience the working atmosphere at Sioen at home and abroad. We translated that atmosphere into an Employer Branding campaign. We started with a swinging video in which Sioen employees showed their most passionate side.

To experience the Passion, you must of course work at Sioen. That's surprising, because Sioen had hundreds of vacancies. To spread the word about this, we worked with targeted Facebook and Instagram advertisements, a dedicated job website, job posters in East and West Flanders, online video marketing, etc. An online Passion Meter checked how cold or hot you were for a job at Sioen.  ;
