Equal Pay Day

For Equal Pay Day, March 13, 2016, we developed a robust awareness campaign. The goal: to draw attention to the fact that women in Belgium still earn one fifth less than men. Under the motto “If only the pay gap received the same amount of attention”, we developed a remarkable and unmistakable campaign. Remarkable, because an image was chosen that you do not immediately associate with women's rights or the women's movement. The image zooms in on a deeply decolleted, unrecognizable lady with an uncomfortable message.

The campaign was followed up in a striking video: The history of cleavage, picked up by the Belgian media. The film was made with the help of production house Denzzo and voice-over Chris Dusauchoit
