We created a completely new website for Institut Moderne with all the information about the project and options for buying or investing. We led potential buyers to the site with online and offline advertisements.

Of course, residential properties do not sell themselves. To start, we invited a select audience via direct mail to several information evenings. Then online marketing did its work. And with success. In just a few months, more than 70% of the apartments had already been sold.
