Hannibal kicks off 2026 with strategic hires
After a year of growth and a further broadening of its client portfolio, Hannibal announces four new hires. With the arrival of Marie Van Den Einde (Senior Account Manager), Simon Wardenier (Senior Digital Strategist & Data Lead), Hannes Vercruysse (Design Director) and Stefanie Callens (Office & Project Manager), Hannibal takes a clear step toward its ambitions for 2026: becoming an even more integrated full-service agency in a marketing world increasingly shaped by AI and specialization.
Full service is dead, long live full service.
“Every year, trend watchers of all kinds declare full-service agencies dead. Bizarre, because with clients and prospects we actually see a need for a partner who can direct the whole picture, instead of specialized agencies working side by side,” says Kristof Carrein, partner at Hannibal. “What’s more, that model is gaining importance in a world where AI speeds up content production and the need for strategic coherence keeps growing. Plus, we’re an independent agency, which gives us the freedom to be flexible.”
New hires strengthen the core: strategy, creative and data
To take that full-service role even further, Hannibal brought in four senior profiles, each helping a crucial part of its services grow.
Marie Van den Einde joins the team as Senior Account Manager. During her ten years at Brussels agency AKQA she worked for clients including Nieuwsblad, Hyundai, Proximus, AG insurance and Mediafin. She brings extensive experience in guiding clients and steering complex projects. Stefanie Callens (ex Maister-Skinn) also injects a big chunk of experience into the account team as Senior Project Manager. On top of that, she takes on the role of Office Manager.
To underline its digital ambitions, Simon Wardenier starts as Senior Digital Strategist & Data Lead. With his experience, he will play a key role in further building data-driven marketing and digital strategies. In the creative department, Hannes Vercruysse joins the team as Design Director. As former Creative Director at Maister, Hannes brings deep expertise in branding and high-level design.
