The job
As an experienced account manager, you know which strategy works for your clients, and you keep going until they hit their goal. To get there, you get an arsenal of weapons, like a team of creatives. But in the end it's your knowledge, powers of persuasion and joie de vivre that help decide whether your mission succeeds. And don't panic, we won't be looking over your shoulder.
As a senior account manager, you get the freedom to manage and grow your client portfolio and build real relationships with your clients. Need we say it? For this role, we're looking for an account manager with a few years of experience under their belt.
Who are you?
- You develop (online and offline) strategies and annual plans for your clients and coordinate projects from A to Z.
- Online is a big part of the job. Websites, webshops, SEO, SEA, Analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn … you have a broad knowledge of online marketing, what it can achieve and how it can help your clients.
- You make sure your projects stay within scope, deadline and budget.
- You sum up the client's wishes accurately and translate them into clear next steps for the creative team.
- You're a native Dutch speaker, but you also get by in English and French.
- You have a passion for advertising, digital content and media, and at least five years of experience at a communications agency or in a marketing role.
- You're at home with AI and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT.
