Emino

Branding Strategy Campaigns

Emino guides people who face barriers on the job market, whether due to illness, a disability, language or their stage of life. It also guides employers in making that working relationship succeed. But the brand mostly felt like a warm nonprofit.

A new baseline

“Unusual talent works” sounded abstract and put people in a box. What is unusual, anyway? We repositioned Emino as a professional coach and the link between people and work, without losing its human core. Because where others stop at the start, Emino keeps going. That became the baseline: “Until it really works.”

Stories that work

A new brand story and a more colorful brand identity carry the campaign. Job seekers and employers tell their stories: back to work after burnout, a top job without a degree, starting over at 59.
